Puckhogs pay it forward for Jumpstart

Hot off our 2nd place finish in the CBC Hockey Night in Canada Song Quest, the Puckhogs are raising money to help underprivileged kids get in the game, donating the first $5000.00 in sales of our winning song, For the Love of the Game, to Canadian Tire Jumpstart!

Sudbury Group Cracks Top 50 in National Song Search

Sudbury – Three local songwriters, calling themselves The Puckhogs, have joined forces to win the nationwide CBC Hockey Night in Canada Song Quest contest. In an announcement made on Hockey Night in Canada, Saturday, December 14, 2013, The Puckhogs learned they were in the Top 50 out of over 1000 entries in a most memorable way.

Trois musiciens de Sudbury participent au concours Hockey Night in Canada Song Quest de la CBC. Chris Leblanc, Brent Wohlberg et Sean Barrette ont composé For the Love of the Game, un hymne à notre sport national. Sean Barrette est venu en studio nous la présenter.
